Corsica, 1995. Fifteen-year-old Lesia (played by the brilliant newcomer Ghjuvanna Benedetti) is convinced a carefree summer awaits her, but the reality proves quite different. A strange motorcyclist suddenly whisks her away to the isolated villa where her father (the charismatic Saveriu Santucci) is hiding. Through snippets of conversation and media reports, she learns of the assassination and death of a prominent local politician. It soon becomes clear that the target of the attack was actually Lesia's father.
