Chris (Bart Harder) and Lluis (Carles Pulido), once very close, haven't seen each other for 10 years. The friends decide—just like in the good old days—to set off on a hike along Scotland's West Highland Way and the Cape Wrath Trail. The thirty-day trek along some of the most beautiful, yet challenging, routes in Great Britain proves to be a test of male friendship. Wild nature, steep climbs, driving rains, and swarms of midges present a real challenge for inexperienced travelers. But it's equally difficult to reach each other, to prevent silence from becoming the heaviest burden, to put what's left of a close relationship and one's own life choices into perspective.
