Anthony, known to everyone as Totone, is an eighteen-year-old who spends most of his time partying with a group of friends in the picturesque French region of Jura. The carefree time of the young hero ends when his father unexpectedly dies. Then Totone has to grow up quickly and take responsibility for his younger sister, Claire. Having no savings, he decides to sell the equipment from the small cheese factory previously run by his father. However, when he learns about the competition for the best Comté cheese, in which the prize is thirty thousand euros, he decides to try his hand at it.
