Liam and Naoise always find a way to have fun in English-occupied Belfast, sell drugs, mock the enemy or run around with the overzealous police. And on top of that, they rap in Irish, on an island where more people even know... Polish. When JJ, an unfulfilled music teacher, unexpectedly joins them, Irish hip-hop becomes an expression of political protest for the three. This is how a film phenomenon was created, heating up cinemas like club dance floors. The fight for a linguistic national identity is combined here with a drug high, and a good party - with a real mission. This film energy bomb is a tribute to musical and cinematic rebels.
